OutFit is a fitness studio on wheels. It starts with expert TRX training that stretches and moves your body as it strengthens and tones at whatever pace you can handle. Ease into a beginner "stretch and strengthen" or go all out with a Navy Seal-like 60 Minutes of Hell, designed by OutFit founder and former Navy Seal Team Leader, Randy Hetrick.
We offer live online dance fitness classes that challenge and motivate all levels. Our classes incorporate HIIT cardio dance moves with strength training for the ultimate full-body workout that can slay your wellness goals.
