OutFit is a fitness studio on wheels. It starts with expert TRX training that stretches and moves your body as it strengthens and tones at whatever pace you can handle. Ease into a beginner "stretch and strengthen" or go all out with a Navy Seal-like 60 Minutes of Hell, designed by OutFit founder and former Navy Seal Team Leader, Randy Hetrick.
The Fitness Boot Camp Program will include several fitness exercises including strength training, flexibility training, aerobic training and cross training. The program is offered to beginners and intermediate fitness level participants.
