Improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of yoga poses while embracing elements of deep breathing and inner strength. Improve your flexibility and balance. Classes are 60 minutes in length for all yoga levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable athletic clothing.
