Eac class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility. Pilates Mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

  2. Yoga Restorative Flow

    Yoga Restorative Flow is for all yoga levels and is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Yoga poses flow from one to the next and emphasis is on breathing, flexibility, posture, balance and stress relief. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
