Yoga Restorative Flow is for all yoga levels and is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Yoga poses flow from one to the next and emphasis is on breathing, flexibility, posture, balance and stress relief.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

The Fitness Boot Camp Program will include several fitness exercises including strength training, flexibility training, aerobic training and cross training. The program is offered to beginners and intermediate fitness level participants.

The Paws & Tales Workshop gives young readers confidence with reading and helps improve reading skills when they bring their own four-legged pal to life, and then take it home as their Reading Buddy. They and their Reading Buddy can read to Nalu, a real dog, before going home.
