This Doga class will include energy healing at the end!
One dog per person. If you have more than one dog then bring your friends that do not have a dog.
Dog does not need to be fully trained but they should be able to follow directions.
* Dogs are not used as yoga props
* If it rains event is cancelled

Fitness Boot Camp
The Fitness Boot Camp Program will include several fitness exercises including strength training, flexibility training, aerobic training and cross training. The program is offered to beginners and intermediate fitness level participants.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7:00p.m.-8:00p.m.
Cost: $10 per class or $50 per 6 class punch card

This innovative program is a clever combination of specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills along with age appropriate exercise to improve stability. Hula Dance Classes - Experience Hawaiian Culture
Whether you are Hawaiian or Hawaiian-at-heart, Kua'aina Pa Hula O Hawaii wants you to join them for their Hula Dance Classes on Monday nights at 7p.m. for beginners and Tuesday nights at 7p.m. for intermediate students. Their ambition is to perpetuate and preserve the Hawaiian culture through Hula - both traditional ("Kahhiko") and modern ("Auana") forms as well as through enrichment workshops and 'Olelo Hawai'I (lessons with Hawaiian language).
When: Beginners Classes are Mondays 7:00p.m.-8:30p.m.
Intermediate Classes are Tuesdays 7:00p.m.-8:30p.m.
Cost: $40 per month or $10 per class
